We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandise Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, inventory management, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product assortment
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and promotions
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and maximize product visibility
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead of market trends
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and product assortment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
