We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandising Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product placement and promotion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on merchandising initiatives
- Manage and track inventory levels to optimize product availability
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margin
- Oversee the creation of visual merchandising displays in stores and at events
- Train and mentor merchandising team members to ensure consistent execution of merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in merchandising within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and merchandising software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
