We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Program Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, project management, and retail operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute merchandising initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end merchandising process, from product selection to placement in stores
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
- Lead and mentor a team of merchandising coordinators to achieve department goals
- Communicate regularly with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in merchandising

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
