We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandising Program Manager to join our team based in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of merchandising programs for our Information Technology products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive product sales and increase brand visibility in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of merchandising programs with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from concept development to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, product placement, and promotional opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of merchandising programs and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in merchandising, marketing, or product management in the Information Technology industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with merchandising tools and software.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the Information Technology industry.
