### Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Metal Fabrication Technician to join our dynamic team in the construction sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Metal Fabrication: Perform cutting, shaping, and assembling of metal structures and components according to project specifications using various tools and machinery, including plasma cutters, welding machines, and bending equipment.

- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications, ensuring accuracy in fabrication processes.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of fabricated items to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Implement corrective measures as necessary.

- Welding: Utilize various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc) to join metals and ensure structural integrity. Perform welding tasks following safety protocols and best practices.

- Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to management.

- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of fabricated components into larger construction projects.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of safety within the workplace.

- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of raw materials and fabricated components to ensure timely availability for ongoing projects.

### Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in metal fabrication within the construction industry.

- Education: Relevant technical certification or diploma in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field is preferred.

- Skills: Proficiency in metalworking tools and machinery, strong welding skills, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and precision in fabrication work.

- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the fabrication process.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights.
