We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Metallurgist to join our construction team in Dubai. As a Metallurgist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of metal materials used in construction projects, as well as identifying and resolving any metallurgical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting metallurgical analysis and testing on metal materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Providing technical expertise and recommendations on material selection, processing, and testing
- Collaborating with engineers and project managers to develop and implement metallurgical solutions for construction projects
- Investigating and troubleshooting metallurgical issues, such as material failures or defects, and proposing corrective actions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of metal materials used in construction
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in metallurgy to enhance construction processes and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field
- [X] years of experience in metallurgy, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of metallurgical principles, processes, and testing techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for metallurgical analysis and testing
