We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meteorology Specialist to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. As a Meteorology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate weather forecasts and analysis to support various healthcare operations and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze weather patterns and trends in the Dubai region to provide timely and accurate weather forecasts.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess potential weather-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Utilize meteorological data and technology to create customized weather reports and alerts for healthcare facilities and personnel.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in meteorological science and incorporate new techniques and tools into daily forecasting activities.
- Work closely with government agencies and other external partners to exchange weather information and coordinate emergency response efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in meteorological forecasting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of weather modeling software, data visualization tools, and meteorological instrumentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex weather information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in a healthcare or emergency response environment is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
