### Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Meteorology Specialist to join our team in Dubai's educational sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meteorology, with the ability to analyze weather patterns and communicate findings effectively to a diverse audience, including students, educators, and the community. This role requires a passion for teaching and mentoring, as well as the ability to incorporate meteorological knowledge into educational programs.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Weather Analysis: Monitor and analyze atmospheric data to assess current and forecasted weather conditions. Prepare detailed reports on weather phenomena for educational purposes.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with educators to develop and enhance meteorology-related curricula and resources, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
- Community Engagement: Conduct workshops, seminars, and outreach activities to promote awareness of meteorological science within schools and the broader community. Engage students in hands-on activities related to weather observation and forecasting.
- Research and Innovation: Stay current on meteorological trends and advancements in technology. Contribute to research initiatives and projects that further understanding of climate and weather patterns in the UAE region.
- Data Management: Utilize meteorological software and tools to collect, process, and analyze weather data. Ensure accurate data reporting and maintain organized records of meteorological observations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other specialists in the field of environmental science, geography, and related disciplines to foster interdisciplinary approaches to education and research.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance expertise in meteorology and education. Share knowledge with colleagues to promote best practices in teaching meteorology.

### Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in meteorology, preferably within an educational setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in meteorological software and data analysis tools. Familiarity with GIS technology and remote sensing is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner to students and non-specialists.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A passion for education and mentoring students is essential.
