We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Military Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Military Officer in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing military operations, training programs, and strategic planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement military strategies and tactics to ensure national security and defense
- Lead and manage military personnel in various operations and missions
- Coordinate with other military branches and government agencies to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Conduct training programs for military personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international military partners and allies
- Analyze and assess potential threats and risks to national security and develop appropriate response strategies
- Ensure compliance with all military regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Military Science, Defense Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in military operations and leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of military tactics, strategies, and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in high-stress situations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Flexibility to work long hours and travel as needed
