Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Military Officer to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of military personnel and their families, coordinating healthcare services, and implementing medical protocols within a military setting. This position requires a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the health and wellness of military personnel and their dependents, ensuring access to necessary medical services.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement medical programs tailored to the needs of military personnel.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare initiatives and recommend improvements as needed.
- Coordinate medical responses during military operations and emergencies, ensuring readiness and compliance with health standards.
- Facilitate training and education programs for military personnel on health-related issues, including preventive care and health promotion.
- Manage medical records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with military regulations and healthcare laws.
- Work closely with military leadership to identify and address health-related concerns within the unit or command.
- Participate in policy development and strategic planning related to military healthcare services.
- Liaise with external healthcare organizations and agencies to ensure comprehensive care for military personnel.
- Provide support for medical logistics, including the procurement of medical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within a military or government context.
- Strong knowledge of military healthcare protocols, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and make sound decisions quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid military rank and relevant certifications.
