We are seeking a talented and experienced Molecular Geneticist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting genetic research and analysis to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experiments to analyze genetic material and identify genetic variations
- Develop and implement molecular genetic assays and protocols
- Interpret and analyze genetic data to draw meaningful conclusions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate genetic findings into manufacturing processes
- Stay current on advancements in molecular genetics and apply new technologies and methodologies to improve processes
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications:
- PhD in Molecular Genetics, Genetics, Biology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in molecular genetics research
- Strong background in genetic analysis techniques, such as PCR, DNA sequencing, and gene expression analysis
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to genetic research
