We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Museum Archivist to join our team in Dubai. The Museum Archivist will be responsible for managing and preserving the museum's collection of healthcare artifacts, documents, and records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in archive management, knowledge of preservation techniques, and a passion for healthcare history.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cataloging and organizing the museum's collection of healthcare artifacts, documents, and records
- Implementing best practices for the preservation and conservation of historical materials
- Managing the museum's digital archive and ensuring proper storage and access to digital records
- Collaborating with curators and researchers to provide access to the museum's collection for exhibitions and research projects
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the management of the museum's archive
- Assisting with research inquiries and providing information to the public about the museum's collection
- Maintaining accurate records of acquisitions, loans, and deaccessions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, Library Science, Archival Studies, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience working as an archivist in a museum or cultural institution
- Knowledge of archival standards and best practices for preservation and conservation
- Familiarity with digital archive management systems and software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for healthcare history and a commitment to preserving and sharing it with the public
