We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Museum Manager to oversee the operations of our pharmaceutical museum in Abu Dhabi. The Museum Manager will be responsible for curating exhibits, managing collections, coordinating events and programs, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the museum.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the museum to promote education, engagement, and awareness of pharmaceutical history and advancements
- Curate exhibits and collections to showcase the evolution of pharmaceuticals and their impact on society
- Manage museum staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate events, workshops, and programs to engage visitors and promote the museum
- Collaborate with external partners, such as universities, research institutions, and pharmaceutical companies, to enhance the museum's offerings
- Oversee the museum's budget and financials, including fundraising and grant applications
- Ensure the museum is in compliance with all regulations and standards for museums and cultural institutions
- Maintain the museum's physical space and exhibits to ensure a welcoming and informative environment for visitors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, History, Art History, or related field

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical history and advancements
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and museum management software
