Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Museum Manager to oversee the daily operations of our museum located in Abu Dhabi. The Museum Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the museum, including planning and implementing exhibitions, managing staff, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the museum's collections are properly cared for and displayed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the museum to enhance visitor experience and engagement
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, events, and educational programs
- Manage a team of museum staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the museum's budget and financial operations, including fundraising and grant writing
- Ensure the museum's collections are properly stored, displayed, and cared for according to industry standards
- Work closely with curators, conservators, and other museum professionals to develop and maintain the museum's collections
- Maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders to support the museum's mission and goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in museum management and exhibitions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, Art History, History, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in museum management or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of museum practices, standards, and ethics
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
