We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Museum Manager to oversee the operations of a transportation and logistics museum based in Abu Dhabi. The Museum Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the museum, including curating exhibits, coordinating events and programs, overseeing staff, and ensuring the museum runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the museum in accordance with the organization's mission and goals
- Curate exhibits that showcase the history and evolution of transportation and logistics in Abu Dhabi
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure artifacts and other materials for exhibits
- Plan and execute events, programs, and educational activities for visitors of all ages
- Manage a team of museum staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee the museum's budget and ensure financial goals are met
- Collaborate with other museums, cultural institutions, and community organizations to promote the museum and expand its reach
- Maintain the museum's physical space and ensure it is clean, safe, and welcoming to visitors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, History, Art History, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in museum management, preferably in transportation and logistics
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics history and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
