We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the operations team
- Maintain and update patient records and databases accurately
- Process and manage medical billing and insurance claims
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Support in the implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
