We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Recreation Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. The Outdoor Recreation Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing outdoor recreational activities for students and staff in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive outdoor recreation program for students and staff, including but not limited to hiking, camping, team-building exercises, and other outdoor activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to plan and execute outdoor excursions and events.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during outdoor activities by following established safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain and manage outdoor recreational equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use when needed.
- Provide guidance and support to participants during outdoor activities, promoting teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.
- Evaluate the success and impact of outdoor recreation programs through participant feedback and observation, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote and integrate outdoor recreation activities into the overall educational experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Outdoor Education, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in outdoor recreation coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of outdoor safety procedures and best practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
