We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Recreation Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As the Outdoor Recreation Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating outdoor recreational activities for our construction company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outdoor recreation programs and activities for employees
- Coordinate logistics for outdoor events, including transportation, equipment rental, and permits
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during outdoor activities
- Maintain outdoor recreation facilities and equipment
- Promote outdoor recreation programs to employees and encourage participation
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate outdoor recreation activities into company events and initiatives
- Evaluate the success of outdoor recreation programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in outdoor recreation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Outdoor Education, or related field
