We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Recreation Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and a strong background in coordinating outdoor recreational activities. This position will be based in the Aerospace and Defense industry, providing unique opportunities for outdoor adventures and team-building activities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, camping, fishing, and team-building exercises
- Develop and implement safety protocols for all outdoor activities
- Maintain equipment and supplies for outdoor activities
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for outdoor events
- Lead and supervise outdoor recreation staff
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote outdoor recreational activities
- Monitor and evaluate the success of outdoor programs and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Outdoor Leadership, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coordinating outdoor recreational activities
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of safety protocols for outdoor activities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
