We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Outreach Assistant to join our Retail team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement and foot traffic to our retail store through various outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outreach events, activities, and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop engaging content for outreach materials such as flyers, posters, and social media posts
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to promote our brand and products
- Act as a brand ambassador at community events, trade shows, and other relevant gatherings to increase brand awareness
- Analyze outreach efforts and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist with other retail duties as needed, such as inventory management, customer service, and store maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
