We are looking for a skilled Patent Agent to join our team in Dubai. As a Patent Agent, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, conducting patentability searches, and providing legal advice on patent-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and filing patent applications
- Conduct patentability searches and analyze prior art
- Review and analyze patent office actions
- Communicate with clients and patent examiners
- Provide legal advice on patent-related matters
- Assist with patent litigation and enforcement actions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Registered Patent Agent with at least 3 years of experience
- Strong understanding of patent law and regulations
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and patent search databases

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience in patent prosecution and litigation
- Knowledge of international patent laws and regulations
