We are seeking a skilled and motivated Patent Paralegal to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong background in patent law.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patent searches to ensure the novelty and non-obviousness of inventions in the construction field
- Assist attorneys in preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications
- Maintain patent dockets and deadlines
- Communicate with clients, inventors, and outside counsel on patent matters
- Conduct patent infringement analysis
- Assist in drafting patent-related agreements and documents
- Stay current on patent laws and regulations in the UAE and internationally

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- [X] years of experience as a Patent Paralegal in the construction industry
- Knowledge of patent laws and regulations in the UAE
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
