Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patent Paralegal to join our team in Dubai. The Patent Paralegal will work in the Education sector and will be responsible for supporting our legal team in all aspects of patent prosecution and intellectual property matters.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent applications
- Conducting research on intellectual property laws and regulations
- Reviewing and analyzing patent searches and reports
- Maintaining and managing patent portfolios
- Communicating with clients, attorneys, and government agencies regarding patent matters
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence related to patent prosecution
- Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate records of patent filings and actions
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a Patent Paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Knowledge of patent prosecution procedures and requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
