We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Al Ain. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly/monthly basis using payroll software
- Calculate and input employee hours, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Review and verify payroll reports for accuracy
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll data
- Prepare and submit payroll taxes and reports to relevant government authorities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist with audits and other payroll-related projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in payroll administration
- Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
