We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Al Ain within the healthcare sector. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll adjustments
- Generate payroll reports for management as needed
- Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Work closely with HR and finance departments to resolve any payroll-related issues
- Assist with payroll-related inquiries from employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
