We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for all employees within the telecommunications company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for employees on a bi-weekly or monthly basis
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Calculate overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation as needed
- Maintain accurate records of employee time and attendance
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all employee information is up-to-date and accurate
- Prepare reports and analysis related to payroll as needed
- Assist with payroll tax filings and compliance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
