We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Pest Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all pest control operations within our properties, ensuring that our buildings are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pest control strategies and programs for our properties in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of all properties to identify pest infestations and determine the most effective treatment methods.
- Coordinate with external pest control vendors to schedule and carry out pest control treatments as needed.
- Train and supervise a team of pest control technicians, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about best practices and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, including treatment plans, schedules, and outcomes.
- Monitor and report on pest control trends and issues, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Respond promptly to pest control emergencies and provide timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pest Control Supervisor or similar role in the Real Estate industry.
- Knowledge of pest control practices, techniques, and products.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and guidelines for pest control.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Valid Pest Control Supervisor license from Dubai Municipality.
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in pest control management.
