We are seeking a reliable and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Pest Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all pest control operations within our Energy facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate pest control activities within Energy facilities
- Supervise a team of pest control technicians and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to handle pest control operations
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify pest infestations and determine the appropriate treatment methods
- Develop and implement pest control strategies to prevent future infestations
- Monitor and maintain pest control equipment and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of pest control activities and report any issues or concerns to management
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to pest control operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control management
- Valid pest control certification/license
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods and products
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
