We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in dispensing medication and providing excellent customer service to patients. This position is based in an educational setting, so the ideal candidate must have a passion for helping others and a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness.

Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medication accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory and stock medications
- Process prescriptions and handle insurance claims
- Provide information to patients about medication usage and potential side effects
- Assist in organizing health and wellness events and programs for students and faculty
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
