We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist the Phlebotomist in collecting blood samples from construction workers on site for various health screenings and tests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Phlebotomist in preparing the necessary equipment and supplies for blood collection
- Greet and prepare construction workers for blood collection
- Perform basic venipuncture procedures under the guidance of the Phlebotomist
- Label and package blood samples for transportation to the laboratory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy station
- Ensure proper disposal of used needles and biohazardous materials
- Provide basic information to construction workers on the blood collection process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician preferred
- [Random number] years of experience in phlebotomy
- Knowledge of venipuncture techniques and blood collection procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to adhere to all safety and confidentiality protocols
