We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist Assistant to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting Phlebotomists in collecting blood samples from patients for medical testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Phlebotomists in preparing patients for blood collection procedures
- Properly label and store blood samples for transportation to testing facilities
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and blood samples
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols during blood collection procedures
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to patients during the blood collection process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely sample collection and transportation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Phlebotomy training program
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist Assistant or similar role (minimum of 2 years)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
