We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist Assistant to join our pharmaceutical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist our team of phlebotomists in drawing blood samples from patients for testing and research purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist phlebotomists in preparing patients for blood draws and collecting blood samples
- Label and organize blood samples for testing and analysis
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility of work area and equipment
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of biohazardous materials
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all blood samples collected
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure they are comfortable and informed throughout the blood draw process
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of phlebotomy supplies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or training in phlebotomy
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to blood draws
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures
