We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in phlebotomy and a strong understanding of laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients
- Collect and label specimens accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper protocols for handling and transporting specimens
- Assist with other laboratory duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist Technician
- Certification in Phlebotomy is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
