We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist Technician to join our retail healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and possess strong phlebotomy skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood specimens from patients
- Label and process specimens according to laboratory guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Assist with patient registration and scheduling appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in phlebotomy
- At least 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist Technician
- Strong knowledge of phlebotomy procedures and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a retail healthcare setting
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems
