We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Aide to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals recover from injuries and improve their physical health. This position will be based in the construction industry, providing therapy services to workers who may have sustained injuries on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the physical therapist in providing treatment to construction workers with musculoskeletal injuries
- Help patients with exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic activities as directed by the therapist
- Set up and maintain equipment used during therapy sessions
- Monitor and record patient progress during therapy sessions
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to improve their physical health
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy area

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a physical therapy aide or similar role (2-5 years preferred)
- Knowledge of basic physical therapy techniques and exercises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
