We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing medical care and treatment to employees within the manufacturing facility. The Physician will work closely with the health and safety department to ensure the well-being of all staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical assessments and examinations for employees
- Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide guidance on health and safety regulations and compliance
- Collaborate with HR and management on employee health issues

Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice as a Physician in Dubai
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
