Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Rehabilitation Counselor to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals recover from injuries, disabilities, or illnesses and regain their independence and quality of life through personalized rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities, as well as their goals and needs for rehabilitation.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with healthcare professionals, clients, and their families.
- Provide counseling and support to clients to help them cope with the challenges of their condition and motivate them to participate in their rehabilitation program.
- Coordinate and monitor clients' progress throughout their rehabilitation process, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Educate clients and their families on self-care techniques, adaptive strategies, and community resources to support their recovery and long-term well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clients' assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensed or certified Rehabilitation Counselor preferred.
- [Random number] years of experience in providing rehabilitation counseling services to individuals with physical or mental health conditions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in rehabilitation counseling and experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with healthcare professionals from different disciplines.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare documentation systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
