We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pilot Instructor Assistant in Ajman. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the lead pilot instructor in providing top-notch training to aspiring pilots.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead pilot instructor in conducting ground school training sessions
- Provide support during flight simulation training exercises
- Help students with pre-flight preparations and post-flight debriefings
- Assist in maintaining training materials and equipment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead pilot instructor
- Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation or a related field
- FAA or EASA pilot license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience as a pilot instructor assistant or in a similar role (3-5 years of experience preferred)
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
