Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilot Instructor to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive flight training to aspiring pilots, ensuring they meet the required standards of safety and proficiency. This position is pivotal in shaping the next generation of pilots within the consumer goods sector, where efficient logistics and transportation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Flight Training: Conduct theoretical and practical flight training sessions for students, covering all aspects of aviation operations, safety protocols, and regulations.

- Curriculum Development: Assist in the development and enhancement of training programs and materials to ensure they meet industry standards and best practices.

- Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate student performance through flight tests, simulator training, and written examinations, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.

- Safety Assurance: Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all training adheres to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

- Mentoring and Support: Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training journey, fostering a positive learning environment.

- Skill Development: Stay updated on the latest aviation technologies and training methodologies to continuously improve instructional techniques.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other instructors and aviation personnel to coordinate training schedules and resources effectively.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress, training sessions, and evaluations in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Education: A degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pilot, with at least 2 years of experience in a training or instructional role.

- Licenses: Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and Flight Instructor Certificate.

- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using flight simulators and other training technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and flight operations.
