We are seeking a talented and experienced Plant Breeder to join our team in Al Ain. As a Plant Breeder, you will be responsible for developing new plant varieties with improved traits for retail purposes. You will work closely with a team of researchers and agronomists to conduct experiments, analyze data, and select promising plant varieties for further development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to develop new plant varieties with desired traits such as disease resistance, yield potential, and nutritional value
- Designing and implementing breeding programs to improve plant genetics
- Analyzing data from field trials and laboratory experiments to evaluate plant performance
- Selecting superior plant varieties for commercial production and retail purposes
- Collaborating with other plant breeders, geneticists, and agronomists to exchange knowledge and share best practices
- Staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in plant breeding technologies and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Plant Breeding, Genetics, Horticulture, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of plant genetics, breeding methodologies, and statistical analysis
