We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operations Program Manager to join our construction team in Sharjah. The Plant Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of plant operations to ensure the efficient running of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plant operations strategies to meet project goals and deadlines
- Monitor and optimize plant performance to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Manage and coordinate plant maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
- Supervise plant staff and provide training and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to plan and execute construction projects effectively
- Prepare and analyze reports on plant operations performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant operations management in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of plant equipment and machinery
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
