We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Policy Researcher to join our team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on agriculture policy research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural policy analysis and research, as well as a passion for driving change and innovation in the agriculture sector.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on agriculture policies, regulations, and trends in Abu Dhabi and the wider region
- Analyze data and produce reports on key policy issues impacting the agriculture sector
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and propose recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners, to gather insights and input on policy development
- Present research findings and policy recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in agriculture policy and contribute to thought leadership in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, economics, public policy, or a related field

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
