Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Policy Researcher to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the financial services industry. The Policy Researcher will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights on policy matters that impact the financial services sector in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on various policy issues related to the financial services industry in Abu Dhabi and the wider region
- Analyze data and trends to identify key insights and implications for stakeholders in the industry
- Provide recommendations and insights to help inform policy decisions and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather relevant information and insights
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and policy changes that may impact the industry
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings on research findings for internal and external audiences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or related field
- [X] years of experience in policy research or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and policies in Abu Dhabi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and research tools
