We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investment and asset management, with a focus on maximizing returns and minimizing risk for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies for the real estate portfolio
- Analyze market trends and conduct financial analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Manage and monitor the performance of existing properties in the portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Oversee property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing activities
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments and make recommendations to senior management
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of the portfolio

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
