Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of educational assets, including schools, colleges, and other education-related investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, investment management, and education sector knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies for the education portfolio
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment of potential investments
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Manage relationships with external partners, including financial institutions and investment firms
- Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of the portfolio
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- [6-8] years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, or a related role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of managing successful investment portfolios
- Knowledge of the education sector is preferred
- CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus
