We are currently seeking a Postal Clerk to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The Postal Clerk will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries for our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate with courier services for special deliveries
- Ensure all mail and packages are delivered in a timely manner
- Assist with general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
