We are seeking a highly skilled Power Plant Engineer to join our telecommunications company in Dubai. As a Power Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our power plant facilities to ensure uninterrupted power supply to our telecommunications network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining power plant systems to meet the energy demands of our telecommunications infrastructure
- Monitoring and analyzing power plant operations to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of power plant equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Managing and coordinating with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs
- Developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Providing technical support and guidance to the operations team on power plant-related matters
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in power plant technology to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- [X] years of experience in power plant operations and maintenance
- Proven experience in telecommunications power systems and equipment
- Strong knowledge of power plant design, operation, and troubleshooting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications in power plant engineering would be an advantage
