We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Plant Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our power plant facilities to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the power plant, including monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and reduce energy consumption.
- Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and upgrades as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to plant operators and maintenance staff.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure the plant remains at the forefront of technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
