We are seeking a highly skilled Power Plant Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our energy power plant.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and improving power plant processes and equipment
- Monitoring and analyzing plant performance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise
- Developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborating with other engineers and plant operators to optimize plant performance
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of plant equipment
- Managing and supervising plant staff
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and environmental regulations
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and implementing best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in power plant engineering
- Strong knowledge of power plant operations and maintenance procedures
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software and other technical tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
