We are looking for an experienced PR Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The PR Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of public relations operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance the company's reputation and brand awareness in the Pharmaceuticals industry
- Manage and coordinate all PR activities, including media relations, press releases, events, and social media campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, and prepare reports for senior management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure PR strategies align with business objectives
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver successful PR campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve PR operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in PR operations, preferably within the Pharmaceuticals industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns and projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and PR software tools
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
